Oglesby & Limb were engaged to develop the design concept prepared by another architect for this business park at Grantham. The project involved the design of two large office buildings, which were initially intended to let to multiple tenants. The flexibility built into the design facilitated the eventual letting of each block to a single tenant, the development proving even more popular than was originally anticipated.
