/Summary

This project comprised the construction of a two storey 14,000ft2 retail unit as an extension of the newly constructed retail centre. The steel frame building was designed to span over the river, utilizing the full extent of the site. The building was designed to have a modern appearance utilizing glazing, brickwork and steel cladding with extensive areas of canopy.
