Oglesby & Limb were commissioned to undertake the detailed design for a large private dwelling in the countryside near Newark in Nottinghamshire. An approved design with Planning permission had been purchased with the site and the practice modified this to the client’s requirements before providing a full drawing package beyond building regulations application stage. The property was constructed on a on a self-build basis.
