/Summary

Oglesby & Limb were commissioned to carry out the design of two new houses on plots at Bunkers Hill in Lincoln. The client approached the practice with a well-prepared brief and we developed the drawings to obtain full planning consent before making an application for approval under the building regulations. The clients then constructed the dwellings on a self-build basis with our practice undertaking inspections and providing architect’s certificates at appropriate stages.
