/Summary

The building was constructed circa 1780 and used as a grain mill until 1924. Planning/listed building consent was granted in 2003 for conversion to residential accommodation to form a modern open plan house. As a Grade 2 listed building great care was required whilst works were undertaken retaining original finishes where possible to ensure the “character” was maintained.
