Projects undertaken within this field have been in town and city centres as well as on industrial estates and retail parks. Within this field there is often a requirement for the buildings to be complete and usable within a very tight timescale and the practice is regularly challenged to provide bespoke contractual solutions to minimize design and construction periods.
Project sizes have ranged from a new retail shop front costing a few thousand pounds through to new build developments with infrastructure costing in excess of £10 Million. Flexibility in use is a requirement in this field more than in any other as businesses are required to evolve and adapt to suit the market and our designs need to accommodate this. Offices, retail space, industrial production, clean room facilities, food processing and horticultural facilities have all been provided within projects designed and administered by the practice.
