This sector covers all works of a minor, mixed use or unusual nature including those to historic or listed buildings. The majority of schemes that the practice undertakes within this field tend to be bespoke ‘one-offs’ where the clients have very specific requirements and the sites often have unusual or restrictive characteristics.
Project sizes range from a few thousand pounds for a domestic extension or access improvements for disabled people through to several million pounds for the refurbishment or conversion of a listed building.
